The hotel provides excellent service and is very flexible in accommodating additional requests. The room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was plentiful. Although the location is not in the city center, in pleasant weather, it is easy to walk west to the downtown area. Walking northeast leads to a typical Quebec residential area with a French-speaking community and restaurants. It was an excellent stay. Thank you to the owner and staff! After checkout, I wanted to store my luggage, but he said there was no room! When I checked in, the manager was so nice, he helped and offered advice, unlike Abdullah! He's ruining your hotel's reputation!! He doesn't have a name badge, so I'll describe him: tall, stocky, curly hair, beard, and was on duty on September 28th! It's advisable to fire such employees!

It was a pleasant stay in Old Montreal, prime location. Good breakfast and gym. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. A paid parking near the same block with decent pricing $18. Definitely recommended.
