I asked for a vacuum cleaner to close a vacuum bag, but he said they didn't have one, even though the cleaning lady brought one and helped me! After checkout, I wanted to store my luggage, but he said there was no room! When I checked in, the manager was so nice, he helped and offered advice, unlike Abdullah! He's ruining your hotel's reputation!! He doesn't have a name badge, so I'll describe him: tall, stocky, curly hair, beard, and was on duty on September 28th! It's advisable to fire such employees!

The breakfast could be more complete. In addition, on the second day, the juices were no longer available, so no juice for the young, there was no cheese. I was really surprised by this hotel. The hotel is small and not in the centre but it is well located, you can walk to the centre or take the metro (there’s a station really netas the hotel), and it was a really good value for money. The staff is nice, speak English and French and were really helpful. The room was big enough for the 3 of us and had all amenities needed. The view… well, it was for the other rooms so we just kept the curtains closed. There is a living room with coffee for guests that I liked. Breakfast was also better than I was expecting and we just got our drink from the lounge and took to the breakfast room. It’s a simple breakfast but had scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal… They don’t have parking but there’s a car public park 2 minutes away. We left the car there and walked to the old Montreal.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is not half an hour. It is about 60 knives. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The front desk service is also very good.
