So close to Kuromon market, and theres a cafe nearby that you can grab coffee early in the morning too. Not too crowded so highly recommended , has a rooftop too!

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, conveniently situated close to the main shopping street and many of the city’s key attractions, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Public transportation is very accessible, with the metro station just a short walk away. From there, it takes only two stops to reach the JR line that connects directly to the Airport Express, which is extremely convenient for arrivals and departures. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and provides a satisfying start to the day. The hotel amenities are well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, ensuring guests have everything they need. The room itself was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the excellent shower facility, which was modern, spacious, and very enjoyable to use after a long day of exploring. Overall, the hotel delivers a high standard of comfort and convenience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is super convenient located near kintetsu train and subway. The best is 711 and family malt is store away so there is no worry about snack and beer :) Hotel provide complimentary amenities, just take and use if need it…. No waste! That’s very encouraging! Last but not least is provide loan umbrella during rainy day! I can’t find any better service than this hotel provide!

It is a new and modern hotel with soft and soothing ambience, that is also very functional, and efficient. There is automation for registration and departure process, self-operated coin laundry machines secured with your own pin codes, and a spacious and beautiful hot bath serviced by timed fresh cold water let into each bath area regularly. Still, the human service is not neglected in the hotel. The lifts will always stop at the 4th floor where the reception is, and during the day, there will always be a staff standing there to greet you with a smile, or in case you require any assistance. The cheery breakfast team at the restaurant has been very diligent and despite they may be super busy, they make sure they maintain top-notch service standards and sometimes go above and beyond to make sure the diners are comfortable. The reception team is also very competent and quick-witted. Both requests we made via the phone from our rooms were received within 10-15mins. Our request to deliver our luggage were also processed swiftly and hassle-free. We told them our dates, flight number and our room number and they were able to complete the delivery form for us with our details in their records. Despite having many guests wanting to approach them at the same time, they are still able to provide very personalised service to each and every one. Very impressive. Lastly, the hotel provides unlimited free skin care and hair products such as facial serum, moisturiser, masks etc and you could take them freely from the reception and bath area. You could also choose from an unlimited selection of aromatherapy by portion to enjoy in your room. Although the room and the window is a little small as with most hotels in Japan, the beds are comfortable and shower is great. Location of the hotel is not bad once you learnt how to navigate around. Lots of eateries and it is just 5mins to walk to different exits to underground malls/train stations. Would recommend the hotel to my friends! Thanks for the impeccable service!

Hotel ni kira-kira 5 hingga 8 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Shin-Osaka. Ini adalah bilik hotel terbesar yang pernah saya menginap. Saya menempah bilik twin di tingkat tinggi, dengan katil bersaiz 1.6 meter. Empat orang dewasa boleh tidur dengan selesa tanpa masalah, dan terdapat juga sofa untuk berehat. Tiga beg pakaian boleh dibuka sepenuhnya tanpa sebarang kesulitan. Jarang sekali dapat bilik yang begitu luas! Hotel ini juga membersihkan bilik setiap hari (banyak hotel di Jepun tidak membersihkan bilik setiap hari), memang patut dipuji! Onsen awam di tingkat 4 juga agak bagus, walaupun ia hanya air panas dan bukan mata air panas (pihak hotel nampaknya tidak mengatakan ia adalah mata air panas). Terdapat juga minuman percuma di tingkat 3! Memang sangat mudah! Terdapat juga kedai peralatan sukan yang besar dan pasar raya berhampiran. Stesen Shin-Osaka juga mudah diakses ke Kobe dan Kyoto. Saya pasti akan datang lagi!

You should only choose this hotel, if you traveling alone and care about location more than your own comfort. No AC in the room, it’s ridiculous in 2026, especially in Japan. Other than that, breakfast was ok 4/10, reception staff were helpful and polite 8/10. Not suitable for couples/families.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Hotel Cabin President Osaka. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. We needed help sending my luggage to Tokyo via Sagawa, and the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. A very special thank you to Tsujimoto and Echigo, they were incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. They explained the process clearly and made sure my luggage was safely arranged, which gave me great peace of mind. Their hospitality made my trip so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and comfortable and feel luxurious. Hotel is directly above the Osaka station. It is very accessible considering we just arrived as our first stop in Japan. Bed is comfortable and toilet is clean too. Wish to have more than 1 night stay here. If I have to nitpick on one thing that can be improve, I would think of the pillow. It came with only one pillow per bed for us (not sure if this only happen to our room). It could be nice to have 2 different pillow for preference. But I think u may ask the concierge for more pillows, but we didn’t.

Clean and tidy, excellent service, staffs were very nice! Need 5 min walk to metro station or Shinsaibashi, a little bit trouble because of raining

Very beautiful hotel, staff were mostly very friendly except for the guy during check out, not so helpful. Maybe too early 🤔😅 Self help amenities at the lobby ( cleansing oil, toner, facial lotion, etc) coffee n tea bags too. There's also a coffee and water machine at lobby, water dispenser, microwave and ice machine available on certain floor. Laundry machine too. Perfect location, 5 mins walk to shinsaibashi walking street, all link to Dotonbori. Lots of very yummy food, restaurants around, but only 1 stomach 😭😩 oh, there's a huge weighing machine at the lobby to check ur luggage weight before leaving for airport 👍🤣 Only thing I can't stand is the shower.. Will suddenly turn hot or cold 🚿😨😕😏🤪 Oh very lucky hot upgraded from standard to Queen size, just nice can put my luggage n open completely. Bed very comfy, pillow too soft though. 😊 Still nice stay. Family mart next door, 24hrs. Some food joints too.
