Check in very prompt and friendly. Room clean and fresh. Had food early evening in the bar/ restaurant. It was ok, crispy chicken burger with chips. Would stay here again as it’s so convenient to departures at BHX, walking distance

I loved staying at the Wyken Inn, in Coventry. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,I was made to feel very welcome.
The management and all the staff were all so friendly.
The room was very clean and comfortable, The food was great and being a Wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to going back to stay there in May.

Comfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel.
The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower.
Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price

Room was so hot we asked to the staffs if we can change the room or have fan lady said can’t change the room we was happy to for another room and fan lady said we have to buy the fan £18 which is not good and room fan location is not good it’s a d lift was out of service. Our was was 3rd flood really it was not experience. This hotel we tried first time unfortunately last time.
Next time we will book where we use to go.

GGuest UserNo hot water on arrival this was promptly sorted by staff however they left the room door ajar when the left. Thankfully nothing was stolen as my room was in a corner so no one likely noticed but this was a very bad experience to have. There is building work from 9am onwards this is completed on scaffolding right outside the windows so even though it is only completed in working hours the noise is incredibly excessive. Windows are blurred so unable to see out, also near to a bus stands to often woken up by buses indeling.
