Hotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.

The receptionist and the guys from the kitchen were so good and super friendly. The rooms are nice but they didn't have wifi in any of the rooms. The only one who is entitled to the wifi is the MD, which I find ridiculous. For the sake of foreigners who may not want to get sim card(another herculean task), please provide wifi in some of the rooms or maybe the reception area. And oh, I enjoyed the food.

It is a nice budget hotel for short transit. They provide freshly cooked as tasty breakfast for the clients. We appreciate the quick response of the staff and they are very accommodating to our needs. Quick Wi-Fi.

It was a good experience staying there. It is my 3rd time, experiencing hospitality with them. Location and a good connecting esplanade and sialdah railway station within a minimal distance. Behavior of the staff is good.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, 20 minutes walk to the subway and Sealdah station. Located on a fairly quiet street, the room was decent for the price.

Extremely convenient location for all kinds of amenities - like food outlets, taxi pick up/drop off, shopping stores - stayed for quite a few days at a stretch - staff were friendly and willing to extent necessary assistance as and when required. Room was cozy and comfortable. Overtime, i got more settled in my room. Only suggestion is about the cleanliness of certain areas which can be supervised - it has lots of improvement scopes.
