La première partie de mon séjour avait été très bonne. J’ai prolongé chez eux au lieu d’aller dans un autre hôtel et je n’ai pas regretté, ils sont vraiment super sympa toujours le sourire - l’hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Ils sont très aidants si vous avez un renseignement à demander et toujours le sourire. L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé.

The hotel is located about 750m from the Park St. Blue Line MRT station, then transfer to the Yellow Line MRT station, which provides access to the airport. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of the old building shown in picture one; I had to ask for directions from locals and a security guard to find it. The room isn't large; it was just right for one person, but perhaps a bit cramped for two. The hotel provides bottled water and other common amenities, which was very convenient and practical. Turn left outside the hotel; there's tram number 25!? But the schedule is unpredictable? Walking uphill, there's an intersection where tram number 5 intersects. I waited there for a long time without seeing a tram, finally finding tram number 5 around 4 PM when I was heading back. The ticket was Rs. 7 (full fare + unlimited hop-on/hop-off?). Park St. has many unique restaurants. Shopping Recommendation: Biswa Bangla Store বিশ্ব বাংলা স্টোর is a handicraft shop (there's also a branch at the airport). The prices are reasonable, and the products are beautifully crafted and handmade, making them well worth buying.

Amazing hotel, room and bathroom is very nice, it's just walk distance from mandir, staff behavior is very nice, we enjoyed a lat, 48 hour stay

The price is cheap and the location is good. It was a pity that there was no partition between the toilet and the shower and the toilet seat was old. The room is large and recommended for those who want to stay cheaply.

it was a pleasant experience rite from the check in to check out. A safe place to go with family and friends, very well located inside City with two minutes of access to the metro station, City buses, taxi. We were here to visit the US consulate, it's around ten minutes drive. The free breakfast was limited but good. excellent service by Mr.Tapush.

This hotel is truly customer centric,the room provided to us had an issue with the AC, as soon as we reported this, they changed our room within next 2 hours. The behaviour of all the staffs are very professional and helpful. Also, its location is a plus, being situated just 5 mins walking distance from Gariahat market. Thanks Basera for providing an enriched experience.Will visit soon, again!
