Hotel 4-Star di Ontario, Canada

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy and excellent location. This hotel added to our experience in Toronto and we will definitely stay here again when we return. Great amenities. The hotel room was excellent t with great furniture and a very comfortable bed. View from our room was outstanding.

Room is spaciously and location is convenient. Gas station is just a few steps away with Tim Horton where one can get coffee and bkft

Fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful environment, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Combined with friendly staff and great service, it was an absolutely memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Always an excellent experience when I visit this hotel. I have been twice and both times it was very clean and comfortable for my family. I highly recommend it for out of town travellers to Markham!

Our stay at the hotel was highly enjoyable, primarily due to its exceptional location. The hotel is conveniently situated near both Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, offering stunning views of the latter. Additionally, its proximity to the ****** and a shopping mall further enhances its appeal. We found the Italian restaurant's cuisine to be excellent, and the staff, both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel, were consistently helpful and friendly.

Amazing view. Amazing location. Be sure to check your receipt after the stay for any amenity fee that was charged. The ”resort fee” is included in the prepaid rate booked on Trip.com (at least for my reservation), so it should not be charged by the hotel at checkout. Trip customer service was able to help me resolve this after the fact. Thank you.

I found the room extremely smelly and dank. The toilet didn’t flush well. The sheets were clean! Construction noise outside my room was incredibly loud at 7am!

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance
