大浴場があることや一階にドリップコーヒーのサービスがあったのも良かったです。
そして、駅が近いのも良かったです。
ただ、禁煙室が空いてなく喫煙室に泊まったので最初は匂いが強くて辛かったです。(消臭剤があったのは良かったてます)"

GGuest User4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties.
Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

GGuest UserOur stay at Hotel Green Core was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! If you are traveling with a family, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Here is why we loved it so much:
- Incredibly Kid-Friendly: Traveling with young kids (a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old) can be challenging, but this hotel made everything so smooth and relaxing for us. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and they really understand how to accommodate families.
-Spotlessly Clean: Cleanliness is always my top priority, and this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms and common areas were perfectly maintained and immaculate, which gave me such peace of mind.
-Flawless Experience: Literally everything was good. The service, the comfort, the attention to detail—it was all just perfect and well thought out.
We had a wonderful time here and it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. A true 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back!

The extension cord had about five outlets, but three of them were not working.
The water tap was broken and leaked when turned, and the amount of water was so small that it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower. The water wouldn't stop unless you turned it quite a bit, and I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of dripping water.
The staff were very nice.

The daily dinners were a delightful surprise, offering variety and quality. The room was clean, and the hot spring was relaxing. Everything we needed was readily available.

BBeifeng【Five-star recommendation! 】This hotel experience exceeded expectations! The warm and professional service at the front desk makes people feel warm. The guest rooms are modern and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city night view, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping on the clouds. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the spare parts are selected from high-end brands, with quality in every detail. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local snacks are particularly amazing! The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the subway station and convenient surrounding business districts. Special thanks to the concierge for planning the tour route, making the trip worry-free and efficient. Exquisite souvenirs were also given at check-out. The home-like service is unforgettable and will definitely choose again!

ににゃみI was searching for a place to stay before a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and I was drawn in by the reviews and location, so I decided to book. It's just one stop from Saitama Shintoshin, where the arena is located, and the area around this hotel is full of convenience stores and restaurants, so I had no trouble finding somewhere to stay late into the night. The lobby also had a classic feel, creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because it remained affordable even though prices were inflated due to the Konosu Fireworks Festival. It's also conveniently located near the station, making it a great stopover if you plan to head to Karuizawa or Nagano early the next morning.

RRin平日旅おでかけ記録I stayed at the Omiya Pione Land Hotel the night before taking the first Shinkansen train.
The front desk had a wide variety of amenities available, which was convenient as I could freely choose what I needed.
Although the guest rooms don't have automatic locks, they can be securely locked from the inside, so I felt safe during my stay. The rooms were beautifully renovated and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
The staff were all kind, making for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is close to the entertainment district with many restaurants, so finding food is not a problem.
It's also close to Omiya Station, making it a very convenient hotel for those taking the first Shinkansen train.
I would recommend it for business trips, vacations, and overnight stays before concerts or other events.
