Hotel 2-Star di Metro Manila, Philippines

I enjoyed my stay there. It's an affordable place to stay and it is close to the places I wanted to go to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, but the staff will gladly help you with your luggage. I feel it is worth the price. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

The rooms was clean and affordable about 1,500 PHP per room per night. We booked 3 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. Enjoyed the king size bed. Close to many restaurants and SM Mall of Asia. No luggage rack, no refrigerator, no microwave, no pool at this Luna hotel. When my companion thought she left her 2,500 PHP Starbucks collectors mug the staff refused to check the lobby CCTV to see if we left it in the lobby at 7:28am or if we left it in the cab. We also had an issue in two of the rooms with tobacco smoke coming in through the air conditioning vents. This was a big issue for me since tobacco smoke sometimes triggers my migraines. It was difficult getting to the hotel even by walking since you had to walk down the Burger King drive through. There is essentially no parking and it is difficult for taxi cabs to pick you up.

We had a really nice stay. The place is very accessible and easy to get to. It’s super near everything, and there are a lot of food stores and restaurants around, which made it very convenient for us. I would just like to suggest improving their landline service. Some of the rooms don’t have a telephone, so it can be a bit of a hassle to go downstairs whenever we need something. Hopefully, this can be improved for an even better guest experience.

The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!

The staff are all friendly and accommodating the rooms are nice and clean good for couples traveling for vacations.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so it’s quite noisy because of construction work. The restaurant is closed due to the renovation, so it’s not possible to have a proper breakfast. The hotel refused to refund the breakfast that wasn’t provided. Instead, they offered some kind of rice for breakfast. After about 30 minutes of arguing, they agreed to give a sandwich instead of rice, and instant coffee that basically tasted like hot water. The room had no windows at all — just four walls — even though the booking photos showed a window. The staff are very polite and friendly, but that doesn’t really help when it comes to solving any problems. The hotel is only suitable if you just need a quick place to sleep between flights, like a capsule hotel.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. Our room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The only issue was that we were assigned to the noisy side of the hotel, where car noises were clearly heard inside. I had specifically requested a quiet room.

I had a great stay here, the room were very clean and had everything you needed. The staff were super kind and the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant and bar was great for the price and the staff at the restaurant were great too, highly recommend.

stayed on the fan room for 4 nights, but didn't expect it will be VERY HOT. i think maybe because there's no ventilation. when i first time open my room, - 2 cokcroach show up on the door (even after the staff spray the baygon, the cokcroach show up again and again. even in the lobby, there are cokcroachs). in the shower room also have cokcroachs. - the blanket has a stain (they change it after i complained) - no hanger, i should ask the receiptionist i ask for the room near the toilet, yes they give it. BUT THE TOILET IS OUT OF SERVICE so i should go to another toilet. not all the toilet has a bidet. there is NO TOILET PAPER, bring your own. but, all the staff was friendly. and the location is good, near to find foods. please increase the cleaness of the room and check maybe there is a nest of cokcroach. this is my first experience having a room with a cokcroach when i travel.

The Hotel was really cleaned. Been to many affordable Hotel in Metro  but Yuj-Inn was fabulous. Whatever I need for my connivence like electric heater and steamer they provide for me. Some hotel don't have the same service that they have. Accomodating staff as well. Location is perfect anywhere you want to go in metro.
