Great. Easy booking. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. Good amenities like guest kit and slippers. However, must be better if there's a ref or a microwave for food... Overall great experience! Pwede balik-balikan. Thank you!

The rooms was clean and affordable about 1,500 PHP per room per night. We booked 3 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. Enjoyed the king size bed. Close to many restaurants and SM Mall of Asia. No luggage rack, no refrigerator, no microwave, no pool at this Luna hotel. When my companion thought she left her 2,500 PHP Starbucks collectors mug the staff refused to check the lobby CCTV to see if we left it in the lobby at 7:28am or if we left it in the cab. We also had an issue in two of the rooms with tobacco smoke coming in through the air conditioning vents. This was a big issue for me since tobacco smoke sometimes triggers my migraines. It was difficult getting to the hotel even by walking since you had to walk down the Burger King drive through. There is essentially no parking and it is difficult for taxi cabs to pick you up.

We had a really nice stay. The place is very accessible and easy to get to. It’s super near everything, and there are a lot of food stores and restaurants around, which made it very convenient for us. I would just like to suggest improving their landline service. Some of the rooms don’t have a telephone, so it can be a bit of a hassle to go downstairs whenever we need something. Hopefully, this can be improved for an even better guest experience.

The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!

Great location for seamans who are on a waitlist and are processing their paperworks that needs to be going back and forth to the office.

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di hotel ini dan secara amnya mempunyai pengalaman yang baik. Biliknya bersih dan terjaga dengan baik, yang saya sangat hargai. Walau bagaimanapun, saya dapati ia agak kecil memandangkan harga yang saya bayar, ia terasa agak sempit. Kakitangan sangat membantu dan mesra sepanjang lawatan saya. Mereka sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu dengan sebarang kebimbangan dan membuatkan saya berasa dialu-alukan. Secara keseluruhan, kebersihan dan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang menonjol.

Everything is okay. The staff are all friendly its just that I don’t like the smell of the lobby its too strong even in the room. Also, I wasn’t able to use TV since there’s some error according to staff. But the good thing about it is the location

Love this place if you are seeking calm, silent surroundings. However, sad to say they don't have an elevator, so you have to use the stairs—and we were on the 4th floor! A bit tiring climbing up, if you have heavy luggage u can ask for assistance from them, but otherwise very nice. The room we have sleepers, TV in chinese 🤔😂, complete toiletries, a clothe rack, no ref, with a cozy sofa. Also near to MOA & airports.

stayed on the fan room for 4 nights, but didn't expect it will be VERY HOT. i think maybe because there's no ventilation. when i first time open my room, - 2 cokcroach show up on the door (even after the staff spray the baygon, the cokcroach show up again and again. even in the lobby, there are cokcroachs). in the shower room also have cokcroachs. - the blanket has a stain (they change it after i complained) - no hanger, i should ask the receiptionist i ask for the room near the toilet, yes they give it. BUT THE TOILET IS OUT OF SERVICE so i should go to another toilet. not all the toilet has a bidet. there is NO TOILET PAPER, bring your own. but, all the staff was friendly. and the location is good, near to find foods. please increase the cleaness of the room and check maybe there is a nest of cokcroach. this is my first experience having a room with a cokcroach when i travel.

Nice, clean surroundings especially the bathroom and vibrant ambiance. The hotel crew are very approachable and friendly and give advice to nearby restaurants and destinations. The only thing is that, they only allowed a 15-min visit from friends or families, a very limited time for friends and families away for catching up and doing things like signing of important documents, studying deals, etc. It is only ideal for a night stay on short trips especially on catching up early flights. Overall, the stay was good and decent.
