Although the room size is small compared to Park Hyatt in China, it is quite spacious in Milan. The public area is more European in design, the rooms are relatively modern and simple, and the dressing room and toilet are not very convenient to be combined. The service is thoughtful and the breakfast is not bad.

Wonderful, modern hotel. A+ service. Location is adjacent to Chinatown but out of the way. Good news is the M5 subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and super EZ to navigate. The POOL on the roof is FANTASTIC when the weather is scorching. Literally, amazing to have that available. 

酒店房型要選好，房間方向差的 就真的不會開心。不過溝通後，換了還比較正常的。位置是主要優勢，如果不在乎位置的話，個人也去了Belmond，覺得整體度假氛圍會更好。但房間也那麼回事。總之 就是住個安全。體驗算不上多出眾。早餐品類不是很多，但勉強算精緻吧。room dinning 試了早餐和宵夜，都很難吃……看景的那個酒吧，算是最好的選擇了。禮賓部推薦了新式的歌劇，也還可以。但整體對中國人的服務很一般，每次叫水上出租車也是我們等的最久，明明是我們最早叫。所以 ，一開始給很多小費，後面已經要生氣了…

I said, but I showed you the room picture on my order, not the picture on the hotel introduction page. Then he contacted me and told me that the room in the picture on my order was occupied and he could give me another one. So he looked at the picture at my request. I was planning to change it. Later I felt it was too much trouble and it was not the room I booked and the appearance was not good, so I was too lazy to bother~ This hotel is in a very good location, the service staff gave people a feeling of false politeness, and there was an episode, I flew from the Netherlands early in the morning and was very sleepy and confused, without wearing glasses, and when I entered the hotel, there was a big sculpture that scared me, and the service staff at the door had a disgusted expression... In short, this place has nothing to do with a five-star hotel, Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people, one night is nearly 3,000, it is better to book carefully, Milan is very convenient, the location is not too remote, it still depends on the room environment and service experience~

Shopping is very convenient near the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Milan. The hotel service is courteous. Because I forgot to bring an adapter plug, they even gave me a plug to use. The room is very well-equipped. The room I chose this time also has a terrace. The surrounding view is very good. Next I will choose this hotel again.

Because the room booked by Roland & Chateau, the hotel is relatively new and the service is very professional, but the interior decoration is a bit loli, which is not suitable for me. There is a refugee camp next door to the hotel, and there are refugees queuing up from morning to night.

The location of the hotel is first-class. Just a few minutes away is the Luxury Street. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Milan Cathedral. The hotel is small but very exquisite. For breakfast, you need to order from the menu. When ordering, you need to ask clearly what are the extra charges. They have some meals that are extra charges. They will not tell you when you order. They will tell you about the extra charges when you check out. Settlement required.

It’s my first time in Milan, and I really recommend this hotel for its cost-effectiveness. First of all, the hotel is very new and in the city center. The hotel is good, especially there is a small bookstore, connected to the breakfast restaurant (actually it is also a small bar, very nice for taking pictures) There aren't many breakfast options, but the taste is still very good. Each person can order a main dish. I stayed for 3 nights and chose different ones, all of which were delicious. In addition, you can get fruits, cookies and lemonade at the front desk.

The hotel is very new, the design is very elegant and artistic, and under the Feidaijifei banner, it provides branded face cream, eye cream and hand cream, which are very useful. But the service was average and not very good. The housekeeper didn't speak English well and didn't know what I wanted. It took a long time for them to get things. When I checked out, I found there was something wrong with the bill. The mini bar was not used but I was charged. Of course, after telling us it was useless, the hotel also canceled. I booked a car from the hotel for a little over 280 euros one way. When I set off, I asked the driver to pick up a friend who lived in a nearby hotel (it would be there in 3 minutes). The driver said yes, and the final bill was 130 euros more just to pick me up on the way. Friends, I am speechless. In the end, because the hotel didn't tell me in advance that it would charge 130 euros, I insisted and didn't charge it. In short, the bill was a bit messy, because when I checked out, I met a couple next to me who also complained about the bill. At that time, the manager said that there was no problem. The couple next to me mentioned that they would not have this problem if they stayed at Four Seasons. In this case, the manager said that he was from Four Seasons and kept insisting that he was right, but in the end it was proved that he was wrong. Anyway, I just feel that the service is not that good and does not match the style of the hotel.

Excellent location, convenient transportation, close to shopping malls, Milan Cathedral is not far away, 10 minutes walk, not many breakfast varieties, breakfast room service is too poor, for first-timers, no introduction, I only figured it out when I was waiting for coffee, some meals need to look at the menu to order, ask the waiter to order, he said to wait for his colleagues to take our order, he was not busy and did not do any service, I don't know if it is separate table service, once I sat down and ordered coffee, it took more than 10 minutes to serve, waited for a long time, finally ordered 2 boiled eggs, it took more than 20 minutes to serve, the whole morning was spent in the breakfast room, impatient people, not recommended to have breakfast in any hotel
