It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

A beautiful property literally a few steps from the station, yet once you step inside you feel a sense of calm and luxury due to the beautiful surroundings and very hospitable staff, from the bellmen, to the front desk, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Our small room with a queen bed in the 6th floor and overlooked the station exterior and park. It was very clean and well appointed. Only the desk looked a bit worn, but certainly a minor point. Comfy beds and pillows. Coffee machine, tea machine, and we loved the Aqua di Parma toiletries with lovely scents. The buffet breakfast was excellent where again, service was very good. I enjoyed the spa services, including the steam room and salt room. Robes and slippers provided and the facilities were complimentary, including the gym and pool. The spa/gym were sparkling and high-end. To top it off, there was a very convenient complimentary hotel shuttle to take you to the sightseeing area of the Duomo and La Scala, and famous shopping area. We felt pampered during our stay!! Highly recommend.

Really lovely hotel - staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were spacious. There is a great turn down service. You also get complementary access to their small spa (it has a sauna, ice shower and bath). The only thing I would change is the $45pp for breakfast - we didn't try this because of the price. You could get snacks and drinks on the rooftop though - which was really cool!

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Milan June 8-10, 2024. This was on the back end of a week-long trip to Lugano, Switzerland. If you have read other of my reviews, then you know that we travel the world and do mostly high-end luxury hotels and dining. The Park Hyatt Milano EXCELS. It is not only the best Park Hyatt that we have stayed in (hotel appearance and service even better than Park Hyatt Dubai) but one of the best hotels we have EVER stayed in. The only downsides, in my opinion, are the food offerings and the hotel location. The food and beverage options at the Park Hyatt Milano are just average. Not bad enough to ignore but not memorable. The service and hotel ambiance are what are memorable, and they are so good that they kept bringing us back to the hotel to eat .... to just be there. The location may be perfect for some....it is in Duomo square, which is probably the busiest and most touristy part of Milan. And I mean BUSY. Tons of people right out the door.... thousands! If that is your scene, and you want to be walking distance from everything and right in the middle of it all, then the location is perfect. We don't like it quite so busy, and our perfect location would probably be within a mile of that but not right in it, so this is very subjective. The service at EVERY level was outstanding. From arrival to departure to everyone you encounter. A special shout out to Guilherme Penedo who gave us special attention throughout the trip and is a truly gifted, and special, front desk Park Hyatt employee. I expect that during our future travels we will encounter him again as a general manager of a Park Hyatt someday. Overall, if we visit Milan again then the Park Hyatt Milano is where we want to stay. The service, cleanliness and ambiance stand above even other similar hotels. Because of the rarity of such combination, we would stay here regardless of the perceived drawbacks.

Nice and modern hotel in good location with great views over the Lago di Lugano. The staff was professional, experienced and super friendly. Breakfast was always good with plenty of choice. We'll definitely stay again at Grand Hotel Campione!

My mom and I stayed at the hotel in early April for 6 nights. Good customer service and great location, but housekeeping and cleanliness of the rooms are terrible. We had to call down to reception a couple of times for towels, and empty shampoo bottles and tissue boxes/toilet paper that were not replaced. On the second night, we also found a dirty sock by the curtain that definitely was not ours. Bed was made every day but when you turned over the comforter, the sheets were definitely not made. They were still crumpled. Front Desk staff however were super nice and responsive, but the hotel is definitely not five stars. I would probably try another hotel the next time I am in Milan.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights during a visit to Milan and the northern Italian lakes. I had visited Milan a few times before but this was the first time we stayed here. Overall it was a very good experience. The hotel is conveniently located for a tourist visit to Milan. Not in the busiest part of the center of the city, but sufficiently close and with a metro station very close by that allows you to get to most sights and museums swiftly. There is also a limousine service provided by the hotel to the city center but we didn’t use that. We booked a superior room: spacious with a nice bathroom with separate bathtub and shower (something I like). The furnishing of the room was very stylish and in tune with the rest of the hotel. The room was on a side of the hotel which was fairly quiet. A good bed (a bit soft for my taste, but one adapts). Fresh fruit in the room and every day fresh water for the both of us. We didn’t use the mini-bar but it looked well-stocked. Good-sized safe. Overall good service as regards make-up of the room, turn-down service, etc. My better half enjoyed the pool. We didn’t use the spa services. Breakfast was good without being exceptional, but if you are into a big breakfast lots of additional possibilities are available. We did eat dinner at the restaurant one evening (we usually prefer to explore and eat outside). That was very good with excellent food, a very good selection of wine (obviously heavily tilted to the Italian side), a some nice extra options (I enjoyed a very good port after dinner). Overall service was excellent, friendly and very professional in all departments. The hotel and its facilities and furnishings are very nice, with a lot of nice design touches. All very traditional, luxurious yet tasteful. A very nice touch was that when we got back to our room in the afternoon of the birthday of my better half we found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a nice birthday cake. A very nice personal touch which we greatly appreciated. This is obviously not an economy hotel, but I would recommend it highly. It lives up to its luxury rating and really impressed me with its professionalism and service. Worth its price. Would certainly book there again if I went back to Milan.

Adoro questo boutique hotel, è apparentemente piccolo in realtà è pieno di camere... ma l'ordine regna sovrano ... le camere (senza Tv, tanto chi guarda la tv in Hotel ormai) sono una diversa dall'altra con opere d'arte sempre diverse, e da molte di queste si può ammirare la galleria vittorio emanuele in tutto il suo splendore . Personale sempre efficiente, e comodo servizio di car-valet (a pagamento)

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. We had an incredible hotel experience. The service and attention to detail were top notch. I celebrated my birthday there and was gifted so many special little treats through the stay that just made the trip extra memorable. A huge thank you to the entire staff. I can’t wait to visit again!
