The guesthouse is located in a quiet side street of Kutaisi, but close to the center, within walking distance. Complete equipment, clean and tidy. Very helpful host - he will advise you well, organize a trip and help you with various matters, such as printing a plane ticket, buying a SIM card, but you also have the conviction that he would not leave a guest alone in a more serious need, you can simply see that he cares, has time and an individual approach to everyone. In addition, the facility is very flexible, the stay will satisfy both a single tourist, a family with children, and a group of a dozen or so friends.

Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

Conveniently located 1 km from the fountain in Kutaisi, with dedicated parking downstairs. All rooms are on the 9th floor and are spacious, though there was a strange smell in the bathroom in the mornings. The restaurant is a plus, offering great city views, including Bagrati Cathedral. Breakfast was also quite abundant.

Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. If you need to grab some water or snacks, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so no need to go out of your way. Getting to the cable car or the Galaktioni statue was super convenient, whether on foot or by a quick taxi ride – we didn't waste any time commuting at all. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly welcoming. When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants. It felt very thoughtful. The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. The most unexpected bonus was the small rooftop bar. Going up there in the evening to enjoy the breeze and chat created a fantastic atmosphere. Of course, there were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, so after two days, it got a bit repetitive. Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking. You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place. The location and service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I'd very likely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel should be in the most lively area of Kutaisi. The hotel door is not big but can be found. The triple room space will be enough, but the restaurant for breakfast is quite literary.

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

We were brought to this hotel with a photo with the pool, but when the settlement was said that the pool was not working. 🙁 They said the pool would work from June to September, but clarify when booking if it matters to you. The staff is polite. Hotel is new, but a lot of small shortcomings (e.g. hooks for towels are barely held, sinks are shaking, etc.).

As of 2025, I doubt there are many hotels in Asian cities that offer this quality for this price. It's not luxurious, but for someone with Japanese sensibilities, it's a perfectly fine hotel. The owner, Slab, is incredibly hardworking and kind. While other staff members vary, it feels like everything runs smoothly under the owner's control. It's a bit out of town, but within walking distance. It's also conveniently located on the way to the airport. There's a bus stop right in front, a supermarket next door, and if you cross the road and go left, you'll find a delicious bakery. The tap water is drinkable, and there's a water cooler at the front desk. There's no iron available. For laundry, if you request it before 4 PM, they'll send it out for cleaning for GEL 20 per bag. Breakfast is from 9 AM to 11 AM. When we had early excursions or late-night flights to the airport, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us. Apparently, we were their first Japanese guests. While Kutaisi may not see many Japanese tourists, if you're visiting the city, I highly recommend this hotel. We had a very satisfying stay.
