a l'entree du parking, il y a un petit panneau avec un P (comme parking)avec (en anglais) Reserved to our guests, mais à l'accueil il m'a été dit que le parking etait payant, pas chér, je dois avouer, mais quand même. Et le sol de la douche avait un defaut qui faisait que il y a toujours de l'eau qui dort, et que j'ai trouvé à mon arrivée, ce qui veut dire que le nettoyage laisse a desirer.
petit-dejeuner correct pour le prix payé dans mon pack,(7.5€par personne)mais chér à mon avis si on le choisit a part

Excellent location, with easy access to everything. The facilities were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety and was very enjoyable.

Het verblijf an-sich was prima. Kamer was netjes en schoon en de bediening vriendelijk. De prijs van de kamer was echter heel erg hoog. Dit terwijl de verdieping waar ik zat werd verbouwt en je eerst binnenstapt in een bouwval. Dit stond niet vermeld tijdens het boeken en was dus een onaangename verrassing.
Bij het ontbijt serveert het hotel geen vlees. Domper. Maar wel de reguliere prijs wat in hotels gevraagd wordt.
De prijs, het ontbreken van bacon bij het ontbijt en de onaangename verassing van de verbouwing hebben er voor gezorgd dat ik in het vervolg elders geen ga als ik in de omgeving ben. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

這是一間非常温馨的感覺像是家庭旅館，衞生間非常乾淨整潔，早餐10歐元很便宜，也很豐盛。前台邊上就是餐廳，全天營業。但是交通不是很方便，市區過來還能打到車，回市區或者去德哈爾城堡就打不到車了，距離德哈爾城堡4公里，走路50分鐘。

Vond bij het diner de maaltijdsalade minimaal terwijl ik een grote besteld had. Daarbij had ik nog een extra broodplank besteld en die kwam pas toen ik de salade al op had. Toen we om 23.00 bij het hotel kwamen wilde we nog een drankje doen maar de bar was al dicht. Erg jammer.

Accueil très sympathique.
Petit bémol, Le petit-déjeuner est servi à partir de 10h. Comme nous devions partir tôt, il nous a été directement proposé de rembourser les petit-déjeuner sur notre compte. Très commerçant. Merci.

The bathroom was stinky and not well clean. We had to buy something for the smell. The bathroom is very small and the sink is in a bad position for tall people. Everything else is ok. Near the hotel you can find 74 and 77 lines to reach the city center. It takes 15 minutes.

I highly recommend this place for solo-travellers. I booked a bunk pod bed for 2 nights, the pod is well located and clean with an enough size for one person. Inside the pod, there is one fluffy pillow, one thick blanket and one towel. There is a personal locker where you can put your bags. The restroom and bathroom are a shared-type, 3 toilets and 3 showering rooms, which contains shampoo, conditioner and body wash. However, since it is a shared-room, you will hear what your roommates do.
The location of the hostel is pretty near Utretch Centraal, you can directly walk from the station to the hostel in 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and welcome to help. It is such a great and comfortable moment here :)

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at NH Centre Utrecht and would recommend it, especially for short business trips or city visits.
The location is the biggest advantage — right in the historic center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and key sights like the Dom Tower. Getting around the city is extremely easy, and everything you might need after work is just a few minutes away.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. They were also happy to give directions and local tips, which made the stay more comfortable.
The room was clean and well maintained, with all the essentials like good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and basic amenities. It’s worth noting that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is common for central European city hotels, but still perfectly functional for a short stay.
A small downside is that you may hear some street noise depending on your room location, and the building has a more classic style rather than a modern business-hotel feel. Still, for the price and location, it offers very good value.

The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. I truly enjoyed my two day stay here and will definitely come back soon.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers a lovely ambiance, creating a truly pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. However, it's worth noting that the location might be a bit far from the train station, making a personal vehicle quite advantageous for getting around. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the smaller side. Despite the slightly remote location and smaller rooms, the delightful atmosphere and wonderful staff.

GGuest UserAll very good, service and hospitality, a beautiful and good (and affordable) restaurant on the property, fine bed, very clean etc. And especially: unlimited free coffee and tea, fruit. The only thing I regret is that the doors fall hard in the lock (wood on wood) in the building where we were sleeping, and I stopped the door softly, but it is not all. Between 22.30 and 6.30 hour the mouse is still before and after that is accepting that issue. It would be nice if something was done. All together: enjoy our stay.
