The hotel's location is quite close to the South Railway Station, about a 15-minute taxi ride away. The room is also relatively spacious and bright, over 30 square meters, and kept very clean. The front desk staff were really nice 😊. There's also a gym and a laundry room. Overall, it's pretty good!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was clean, odor-free, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathroom had great water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and my top choice for travel. Highly recommended! Plus, Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs.

Staying at the Hilton Fuzhou Sanfang was an extremely satisfying experience. The Sky Lobby on the 40th floor has a sophisticated ambiance, and the check-in process was smooth, with staff who were gentle and attentive. I stayed in a river-view room, which was spacious and well-maintained. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the Min River; as dusk fell and the city lights came on, the nighttime atmosphere was absolutely captivating. The bedding was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom was equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast on the 39th floor offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, including local Fuzhou specialties. The high-altitude dining experience was excellent. The heated infinity pool on the 41st floor provided breathtaking views, and the gym was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable place to relax. The hotel's location is superb, with comprehensive commercial facilities nearby, making travel very convenient. Whether for business or leisure, this is a highly recommended hotel in Fuzhou!

A wonderful stay with exceptional service We had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei Seaview. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely sea views and excellent facilities. Our room was fantastic, and we were very grateful for the generous upgrade. The hotel also prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for us, which was a genuinely thoughtful touch. We particularly enjoyed the evening turndown service, something we do not encounter very often and which added a nice five-star touch to the stay. The dinner buffet was another highlight. We were impressed by both the quality and variety of the food. The 22nd-floor Executive Lounge also deserves a special mention. It is a beautiful space with wonderful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. We took quite a few photos because we enjoyed the setting so much, and it is definitely somewhere we would recommend other guests experience. Most importantly, we would like to specifically recognise Merry. She was exceptional throughout our stay — warm, professional, patient and genuinely attentive. From helping with our room arrangements to checking on us throughout the stay, we always felt that she sincerely cared about our experience. Service like this makes a significant difference and is one of the main things we will remember about this hotel. The only area that fell short for us was the Level 5 swimming pool and health club. During our stay, the pool was extremely crowded due to external swimming activities, which unfortunately made it difficult for us to use. This was particularly disappointing as the swimming pool, gym and sauna were among the reasons we specifically chose this hotel for a stay during several rainy days. However, after we shared our experience with the hotel, our feedback was received with genuine concern and handled extremely professionally. We appreciated that very much and hope management can improve this aspect, because the quality of the leisure facilities should match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. Overall, despite this one area for improvement, we leave with very positive memories of our stay. The modern rooms, sea views, excellent food, beautiful Executive Lounge and, above all, the outstanding hospitality we received made this a hotel we would happily consider returning to. This hotel is simply perfect! The room was huge, and the cleaning staff tidied up every day. Every evening, they'd bring sweet soups like tremella or red bean, along with fruit, right to our room. The restaurant on the 22nd floor was also great; we could leisurely enjoy breakfast there before heading out. There's a gym and a pool on the 6th floor. Speaking of which, I almost gave a bad review. When I chose this hotel, it was specifically because of their swimming pool. However, when I got there, I found out that during the Chinese New Year period, the pool hours were only from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. This is exactly when we were out and about! How could anyone use the pool then? I was so annoyed. But, considering their excellent service, I let it go and still gave a full five stars. I also want to give a special shout-out to ”Huihui” at the front desk. We accidentally left something in the hotel fridge and only realized it after we'd checked out. Huihui very enthusiastically helped us find it and even mailed it to us. We're so grateful! All in all, this is a hotel with complete facilities, thoughtful service, and a warm, lovely atmosphere. It's the kind of cozy place that made us look forward to coming back to rest every day after a tiring day of sightseeing.

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

【Overall Impression】This hotel has a 'Nanyang' (Southeast Asian) flair with local snacks and drinks. The toiletries are Byredo and include lotion (there's a store on the first basement floor of MixC). I remember them being La Bottega previously? The hotel boasts a gym, outdoor pool, Nanyang-themed craft activities, photo spots, a lobby bar, happy hour, and more – quite a rich selection of amenities. MixC is right next door, perfect for shopping, catching a movie, or letting the kids burn off some energy, making it a great option for a staycation. If your budget allows, I’d generally recommend it. 【Service】The service remains excellent overall. 1. The front desk staff was very kind and upgraded us to a higher floor room with a better view. 2. Whether it was the front desk, lobby bar, lounge, 101 restaurant, gym (24-hour access with room card), or the pool (perfect temperature, though it's outdoors)… everyone we encountered was incredibly observant – they’d press the elevator for you in advance, offer directions, or ask if you needed help if you had a lot of things in your hands. It’s impressive that the entire team maintained this quality during the busy summer period. 3. What surprised me most was that when I booked, the Nanyang craft class was fully booked. I was a bit disappointed, but the staff provided us with the materials so we could do it ourselves in the room, even though we couldn't do it on-site. Their problem-solving attitude and approach really impressed me. 4. They promptly refilled items that ran out at breakfast, which was a vast improvement compared to some previous experiences where things felt a bit stingy. 【Ambiance】1. It's very photogenic and well-designed; you could spend a long time taking photos without even leaving the hotel. So, individuality and unique design are quite important. 2. Once the curtains in the room are drawn, it gets perfectly dark, which is great for sleeping. 【Dining】1. Perhaps due to cost control, the items in the room's minibar have changed (it used to have Basao tea, was that a limited-time offering?). The offerings at the lobby bar and happy hour have also become fewer and simpler, but the quality is still decent… 2. The breakfast at 101 restaurant felt less appealing than before… The Shacha noodle soup base tasted like laksa, and the noodle texture was off. What was clearly mini wontons was called 'bianshi', and the peanut soup only had the raw ingredients but the taste and texture weren't quite right. The mianxian糊 (vermicelli paste) texture was also off, which made me not even want to try the salty rice. And while the oyster omelet and 'manjian gao' (pancakes) tasted okay, they weren't actually what they were supposed to be… (Fortunately, there are alternatives like Shacha noodle shops, snack bars, and street food stalls nearby)… If I hadn't eaten out before, these 'specialty snacks' at breakfast would have been very misleading… 3. To be fair, the Western-style offerings were all good – bread, desserts, etc. 4. There were small bugs in the restaurant; I encountered one right after sitting down, and then another flew into my mini wontons when I went to get them later… 【Other】1. I hope the breakfast specialty snacks can be improved. 2. I wish the dishes and their names would match (some dish names on the labels lagged behind after changes. It felt a bit awkward seeing someone holding 'curry puffs' and telling their child it was 'wuxiang' (five-spice fritters); the chicken popcorn at happy hour was labeled as something else, though it was corrected later). 3. My friend arrived at breakfast first, and I joined later. I was questioned a bit upon entry, and then followed to my friend’s table before they left, which made me feel untrusted… Had someone tried to sneak in for free breakfast before? 4. On Ctrip, a 5 is 'exceeded expectations,' 4.5 is 'satisfied,' and 4 is 'quite satisfied.' I feel that anything 4.25 or above is pretty good… Unfortunately, everyone is so competitive these days, and I understand the difficulties faced by those in the industry. I gave a score I thought was quite good before, only to find out it caused trouble for others… Now, if there are no major issues, I just give a supportive 5 stars…

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Wishing them continued success!

From the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming. The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

The hotel has a simple yet cozy decor. The hot water supply is ample with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located near Baolong Yicheng and Wanda Plaza, making daily life easy. Highly recommended.
