*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Aliran air sangat kecil dan suhu tidak mencukupi. Selepas 40 hingga 50 minit, didapati terdapat banyak kesan seperti kotoran di dalam tab mandi. Saya mahu mandi. 4. Terdapat masalah dengan suis kuasa di sebelah katil di dalam bilik, dan saya perlu bangun dari katil untuk mematikan lampu. 5. Disebabkan saya tergesa-gesa semasa mendaftar keluar, saya kehilangan kad bilik saya kemudian, dan kemudian saya perlu membayar 30 yuan untuk bayaran kad bilik.

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan suite keluarga (3 katil, 2 bilik air). Apabila keluar dari hotel, kakitangan hotel mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu membawa bagasi ke kereta. Biliknya cukup besar, lokasi yang sangat baik, dan sarapan pagi kaya. Walaupun untuk warga tua dengan pergerakan terhad, sarapan pagi boleh dibungkus. Untuk menyebut beberapa kawasan yang boleh diperbaiki, sila tambah suis berasingan untuk lampu sorot atas berhampiran dua katil bujang dalam suite keluarga. Pada masa ini, suis lampu di seluruh kawasan katil bujang semuanya dalam satu, yang menyusahkan.

Sarapan di hotel cukup enak, dengan sosej merah tempatan dan makanan ringan khusus, langkah pencegahan wabak sudah ada, kad bilik meja depan digunakan tanpa hubungan, dan langkah-langkah pembasmian kuman bilik sangat baik. Apa yang terpuji adalah perkhidmatan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Pada waktu pagi daftar masuk, saya akan menghubungi untuk mengesahkan waktu ketibaan dan keperluan bilik saya. Semasa mendaftar masuk, saya juga menaik taraf jenis bilik secara percuma. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan pelembap, yang sangat bagus. Beberapa masalah kecil: Tekanan air di bilik mandi agak kecil, dan bilik mandi tidak selesa. Terdapat habuk yang jelas di dinding bilik mandi.

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.

Persekitaran hotel sangat baik, sangat bersih dan kemas, hiasannya novel dan tawar, katil dan bantal di dalam bilik selesa, persekitaran tenang dan anda boleh melihat pemandangan sungai... Sarapan pagi sangat mesra pengguna , dan perkhidmatan pada harga ini sangat memuaskan. Ia sangat dekat dengan Sunac Near...pengalaman menginap yang sangat bagus...

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Central Street and Sophia Church. Service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. There was free minibar and also dessert every night. Free ice cream was a nice touch too. We were also given some gifts when we checked out which was very thoughtful. My son found the heated toilet seat helpful in the cold weather. Overall an excellent stay and we will stay there again if we return to Harbin. .

Lokasi hotel ini sangat baik, hanya mengambil masa dua atau tiga minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Central Street. Dan terdapat tempat letak kereta percuma, yang sangat mesra untuk mereka yang memandu. Sikap perkhidmatan meja depan juga sangat baik, mesra dan bertimbang rasa, dan juga memberi kami peningkatan percuma bilik. Harga ini benar-benar berbaloi dekat Central Street. Makcik pembersih juga sangat bersemangat. Menginap di hotel yang terasa baik, sangat disyorkan

If you want to stay on Central Street, this hotel is a great choice. There are lots of shops and restaurants around you with in walking distance. It’s roughly 10 minutes away from the nearest train station however getting a taxi is just around the corner. The staff didn’t speak English, if any very broken yet it’s not a deal breaker, because all you have to do is hand them your passport at check-in. The room had everything you would need or expect from a highly rated hotel such as a kettle, hair dryer, tv, etc. Feel rest assured that the rooms are well insulated too. We had -32 degrees outside in the evenings and didn’t feel cold at all. The biggest let down was the quality of the bathroom. The shower head didn’t spray water very well and the shower door had to be fixed during our stay as the water sealant ***** was loose, thus water kept running on the bathroom floor. The hotel is showing its age but not chasing be away. Yet its not the newest hotel, definitely one of the best placed. One highlight was the breakfast spread. I booked my room with breakfast included and I’m glad I did. There was freshly baked goods, fresh fruits, eggs and meat, some Chinese dishes and some cereal. Glad to have been able to leave the hotel in the mornings with a full stomach.

We stayed in this hotel because the location is suitable. The hotel staffs are very co-operative. The cleaning aunts are also very co-operative. I highly recommend this hotel.
